As planned, a couple of Khmer artists, Sapoun Midada and Seour Sotheara, left to perform in European countries for two months but it was because of their success, they extended until 4 moths. A pair returned to Cambodia on July 29, 2010.Sapoun Midada said that “it is the first time to perform together abroad with my wife. It is really successful because I performed in many countries in European countries such as France, Spain, German, Austria, Belgium, and Netherland. But a part of income from permanence is contributed to child orphans.”
Departing abroad this time, Sapoun Midada received both performing success and family because his wife has 4-month pregnancy.
Midada added that “if a comparison between the past and the present is far different. My first pleasure is my wedding celebration and then my wife told me that she got pregnant.”
It is remarkably noticed that a lifestyle of a couple is better than before. Therefore, some fellow artists said that Midada has plan to send his wife to have baby abroad.
In response to this matter, Midada said that “there are many professional clinics and doctors in Cambodia, so my wife will conceive in our country but not sure which clinic I will choose yet.”
After returning to Cambodia, Sotheara does not plan to sing at concerts of any local television channels because she needs to take a rest for taking care of her health and baby. But Midada has plan to record his new songs that he composed by himself. (Unofficial translate from The Popular Magazine)
